Return Policy

ITEM(s) not purchased from Neha’s China & Crystal are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible Returns: Only those items that were in stock when purchased are eligible for returns and exchange. Original receipt is required to qualify for a return.

Ineligible Returns: Following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise specified:

    • Holiday and seasonal merchandise
    • Special orders and custom orders
    • Discontinued products
    • Engraved items

Returns: All items that are In Stock and are purchased from Neha’s China & Crystal may be returned for full refund within 10 business days from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (if shipped). The refund will be issued to the original credit card only minus any actual shipping charges based on UPS Ground rates. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in original box with all original labels intact, accompanied with original receipt and must have a Return Authorization number obtained from Neha’s China & Crystal. If an item was received as a gift from a customer who purchased the item from Neha’s China & Crystal and is eligible for return, Neha’s China & crystal will issue, upon receipt of the item(s), a store credit in the amount of original purchase less any shipping cost based on UPS rate charts. This credit may be used to purchase stock items or special order items.

Restocking Fee: All In Stock items returned and exchanged after 10 business days from date of receipt of item(s) will be charged 20% restocking fee.

Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Stock: Items we currently have in our store and are ready to ship.

Special Orders: All items that are specific to a customer’s requirements, whether ordered online, in-store or ordered by phone are considered Special Orders. These orders require prepayment, including shipping charges, if any, and cannot be cancelled. Generally, special orders take 2-4 weeks before we receive them in our store. If some items take longer than 4 weeks, we will notify the customer about the status. At that point, a customer may cancel the item(s) that are on back order for a full refund. We must be notified within 2 business days from the date of our notification of back order to cancel the order and we will refund appropriate amount for the cancelled item(s). Otherwise, we will proceed with the order and ship the items to the customer upon their arrival. Any cancellations after 2 business days but no more than 10 business days from our notification will be charged 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.

ALL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. A GIFT RECEPIENT FROM A CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED ITEM(S) FROM NEHA’S CHINA & CRYSTAL WILL RECEIVE A “STORE CREDIT” THAT MAY BE USED TOWARDS PURCHASE FROM NEHA’S CHINA & CRYSTAL FOR IN STOCK OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.

Damaged or Broken Products: We pack and ship our products securely thru UPS Ground. In case you receive a damaged or broken product, please take the following steps to expedite the replacement of your purchased item(s):

  • Notify us immediately about the damage by calling us at 800-869-8116 during business hours.
  • Provide order number and a description of the damaged item(s) and send us a picture if possible at contact@nehaschina.com
  • Keep the original box in which the item(s) were shipped for inspection by UPS
  • We will notify UPS about the damage. UPS will send its representative to the address where the item(s) was shipped for inspection.
  • Upon their inspection, Neha’s China & Crystal will send a call tag for the item(s) to be picked up from shipped address
  • Neha’s China & Crystal will simultaneously resend or reorder the shipped item(s) as the case may be and notify the customer of its status.

Defective Products: If the products your receive from Neha’s China & Crystal are defective or become defective within the first thirty (30) days from the day you received them, and they are deemed to be defective according to manufacturer’s guidelines, you may return the product for replacement or store credit. You must receive a Return Authorization number from Neha’s China & Crystal prior to making any returns. After thirty (30) days Neha’s China & Crystal will not be responsible for any latent defects.

Order Cancellation: Special orders may not be cancelled unless approved in writing by Neha’s China & Crystal. In case of cancellation of an order, the customer will be charged 20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to change, modify or eliminate some or all parts of the policies and procedures identified above at any time without notice. If there are changes to the policies and procedures and an item was purchased prior to the change(s), then the pre-change policies and procedures will be the governing policies and procedures.
