We have implemented a simple shipping policy for all products. The weight of each item on our website is set at 1 lb. The shipping cost for the first lb ranges from $9.00 to $14.00 depending on the location and distance from our business located in Richardson, TX. For the next lb and thereafter, the shipping cost increases marginally. Maximum shipment cost is expected to be less than $15.00.

FREE SHIPPING

In addition we are incorporating an incentive of FREE SHIPPING on all sales that exceed $99. This incentive may be withdrawn at any time without further notice.

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNED ITEMS

In the case of items that are returned for some reason (See RETURN POLICY), all shipping cost will be customer’s responsibility. All shipments must be insured equal to the price of the item(s) returned. Prior to returning an item, please call us (800-869-8116) or send us an email (contact@nehaschina.com) to receive a Return Authorization number. For all returned item(s), the customer will be charged the original shipping charge (and not $3.00 or FREE SHIPPING) when the merchandise was shipped to the customer.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

• All shipments, within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded) are shipped via UPS Ground. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Box address. Please provide a physical address for all shipments. A customer may request expedited shipping such as 3-Day Delivery, 2^nd Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery by calling Neha’s China & Crystal at 800-869-8116 or by sending us an email at contact@nehaschina.com. For all expedited shipments, there will be additional charge according to UPS the then rates. These charges will be communicated to the customer and upon customer’s confirmation and upon receipt of payment of additional shipping charge the merchandise will be shipped to the customer at the requested destination.
• In-Stock Items will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Please note that UPS does not deliver or pick up items for delivery on Saturdays unless they are for Next-Day Delivery.
• Special Orders will be shipped within 2-4 weeks from the original order date. If some items are on back-order and may take longer than 4-weeks for delivery from the manufacturer, we will notify the customer by email or by phone. Customer will have the option to cancel the order within two days from such notification. If cancelled, we will cancel the order and refund entire amount paid to Neha’s China & Crystal within one business day from the date of cancellation.
